Common Questions
Is an internet connection required?
No. Puff Pals runs entirely on your device and works offline.
My progress disappeared.
All game data — scores, achievements, saved game, coins, Treats, and unlocked themes — is stored locally on your device only. It is not backed up to any server. Deleting and reinstalling the app erases it permanently, and it cannot be recovered.
How do I erase my progress?
Settings → Reset progress inside the app clears saved scores, achievements, your saved game, coins, and Treats. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
How do I turn off vibration?
In-game Settings has a haptics toggle.
The app crashes or won’t launch.
Confirm you’re on the latest version of the app and of iOS, then restart your device. If it continues, email me with your device model and iOS version.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
No. Coins and cosmetic themes are earned through play. There is no advertising and nothing to buy.
Do I need an account?
No. Puff Pals has no accounts and no sign-in. The local scoreboard labels your row “You” — no name or profile is requested.
